Carpenter

Carpenter (Residential Construction Remodel) – Ferguson Builders Pay: $19–$28 per hour (based on experience and performance). Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Work Location: In-field (job sites). Overtime: Occasional overtime available. Benefits Holidays Off & Vacation/PTO. Health Benefit - QSEHRA. 401(k) match: 100% on the first 3% contributed, plus 50% on the next 2% (up to 5%). Qualifications Preferred 3+ years of infield experience (not required). General knowledge of residential construction practices and building codes. Efficiency and accuracy with strong attention to detail. Capability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Excellent communication skills. Clean driving record. Ability to stand, climb, bend, kneel for prolonged periods. Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 80 lbs. Proficient use of power and manual equipment and measuring tools. Trade skills a plus: framing, finish carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electrical, flooring, tile. Responsibilities Produce projects to established standards. Maintain thorough records with daily logs. Measure and mark construction materials accurately. Cut, shape, alter, and install construction materials to complete residential remodels. Read and adhere to labels, safety regulations, building codes, and guidelines. Use and maintain tools and equipment in safe operating conditions.
