Drive sales by promoting memberships, services, and retail products that support total body care. Build relationships with guests and members to encourage repeat visits and retention. Support outreach and marketing efforts — social media experience is a big plus! Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, and processing transactions. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that reflects the Massage Envy commitment to care.
