Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and packaging equipment Load raw materials and manage chemical processes Perform batch documentation, SAP labeling, and inventory scanning Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE, including respirators Conduct cleaning and changeovers, maintain housekeeping Palletize, wrap, and stage finished goods for shipment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays, overtime) Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and occasionally lift up to 110 lbs Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE Basic math skills Fluent in English (reading and writing) Ability to distinguish color Must meet fit‑to‑work and pass employment physical Work Environment Manufacturing/plant setting with exposure to chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures.
