Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist Assistant

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist Assistant to lead operations and patient care in our outpatient rehabilitation clinic. In this full-time role, you’ll balance hands-on treatment as a licensed PTA with oversight of daily clinic workflow, staff scheduling, and performance. You’ll guide a collaborative team delivering evidence-based, personalized care in a patient-first, community-minded environment. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring regulatory and documentation compliance, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting referral and community relationships.
