Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Required: Minimum of a bachelors degree in a science, engineering or business field OR 15+ years of manufacturing experience in an FDA or equivalent regulated environment.
• Required: Minimum 4+ years of people management experience.
• Required: Minimum 5+ years of experience in an FDA or equivalent environment.
• Preferred: Masters degree in a scientific field.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $98,000.00$152,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
