Job Description

The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and maintaining food and labor costs within company guidelines. They supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety. Additionally, the Executive Chef is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow. Must have experience with Korean Cuisine.

• Maintaining standards + R.A.M.P and/or ServSafe Certified

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with our restaurant's mission, software, menu details, and venue layout is essential.
• Willingness to stand for long periods of time
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Scheduling: 

• Involves constant public contact. Work environment is subject to varying levels of high energy, loud noise, crowds and pace, which depends upon guest volume.
• Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays , Work may be performed in small areas, inside or outside throughout the year, varying conditions of temperature, lighting and air quality.
