Technical Support Representative

Our client, a global leader in connected technologies and hospitality solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join their team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be part of the Onity Technical Support team supporting hospitality customers, system administrators, and end users. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Support Representative (Onity Technical Support)

Location: Salem, OR (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $30.00/hr (6-month contract)

What’s the Job?

• Provide technical support via phone and email for Onity hospitality and commercial products and systems.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and database-related issues while documenting and resolving customer cases.

• Generate product replacement orders and maintain accurate records of customer communications and resolutions.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, grounding principles, and AC-to-DC conversion documentation to support customer issues.

• Meet call handling, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals in a fast-paced call center environment.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 1 year of Technical Support, Help Desk, or Call Center experience.

• Basic IP Networking knowledge and experience supporting Windows 7-10 environments.

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software systems; basic SQL database knowledge is preferred.

• Strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and varied schedules within operating hours of 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week.
