At each of our Institutes, we deliver personalized preventive medicine grounded in up-to-the-minute science — all in serene environments designed for trust and comfort.OverviewWe are seeking a versatile and experienced Clinical Recruiter to join the Atria team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion of that time spent recruiting for clinical roles such as Mid-levels (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants), Registered Nurses (RNs), technicians, and Medical Assistants. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to a tech start-up. You'll manage multiple open clinical requisitions simultaneously across markets, prioritizing what matters most as needs shift. The recruiter will be based in our Manhattan office and will be on-site most days to collaborate with our teams and ensure we provide a high touch experience to our hiring managers and candidates.Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical positions for our Atria locationsBuild trusted, ongoing partnerships with hiring managers, including building job descriptions, overseeing the interview process, and aligning on hiring needsPartner with the People team and company leadership to develop and iterate innovative recruiting strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top-tier clinical talentAssist in recruiting for corporate roles such as accounting, customer care, sales, concierge, and other roles; as neededEnsure a positive, engaging candidate experience by maintaining consistent, timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessTrack and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategiesEvaluate candidates across the broader physician and team landscape to support strategic placementIdentify and implement tools, including AI-driven sourcing and workflow automation, to improve speed and quality of hiring
