They will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafeEnsures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standardsOperates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the businessManages cafe operationsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 1-3 years of relevant experience including barista experience, coffee and cateringContract Food Service experience preferredOperational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipmentProficient computer skills including MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPointServSafe or Department of Health certificationCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
