ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in banking and later as a team member for a State Farm agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in both customer service and the day-to-day operations of a successful agency. I’m a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I’m married with three kids, and much of my time outside the office is spent traveling to their sporting events. I also enjoy golfing and hunting whenever I get the chance. I stay connected to the community by sponsoring a local baseball team and supporting youth athletics. Being involved locally is an important part of what we do. Our agency offers PTO, training and development opportunities, and a strong focus on work-life balance. I believe in creating an environment where my team feels supported and set up for long-term success. Our culture is built around accountability, strong communication, and self-motivation. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS
