Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hr base + uncapped commissions - Top pay for top talent

Service Area will extend from Citrus to Sumter Counties.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
• Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and build trust
• Offer maintenance options and recommend services when appropriate
• Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms
• Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations

Specific Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience
• Deep knowledge of residential systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Clean, valid Florida driver's license
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Relevant licenses or certifications are a big plus

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship
