What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional patient care utilizing the nursing process within the OR setting
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching tailored to diverse patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks effectively and managing resources efficiently
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Document and communicate patient progress accurately
- Support departmental and organizational goals through active participation and leadership
- Ensure patient safety and uphold professional nursing standards
What You Need
- Required: Valid RN license in Louisiana, BLS, ACLS certifications, at least 2 years of OR or relevant specialty experience
- Experience working with confidential information in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and delegation skills
- Basic computer literacy
Preferred:
Leadership experience or supervisory skills
