Vice President, Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This executive will lead marketing strategy for a medical device portfolio, shaping how products are positioned, launched, and differentiated in a competitive market. The role will partner closely with product development, sales, physician stakeholders, and internal leadership to translate market insights into compelling commercial plans. It will also oversee brand expression, conference engagement, and external communications to strengthen market presence and support business growth. Location: Irvine, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $228,000 – $422,050 annually Responsibilities Lead product marketing and develop value propositions for the medical device portfolio. Create go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing and sales support. Oversee brand strategy and visual identity across all channels. Manage marketing operations for medical conferences and commercial events. Provide input on product development strategies based on market research and physician feedback. Direct communications and public relations initiatives, managing internal and external messaging. Monitor market trends related to competition and emerging technologies. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in a medical device leadership role. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong knowledge of business finances and strategic marketing. Familiarity with healthcare market dynamics and the competitive landscape. Experience with balloon catheter platforms for cardiovascular applications is a plus. Ability to manage performance and development of high-performing teams.
