Senior Operations Leader: Lean & Fulfillment Excellence

The role leads a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaches staff, and strengthens leadership bench across the FC. You will drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, set clear performance expectations, ensure safety and customer experience, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT to #J-18808-Ljbffr Amazon Inc.
