Account Sales Representative
Natera
Natera seeks an Account Sales Representative for its Women's Health division in the Dallas West territory. The role involves driving market adoption among OB/GYNs and maternal-fetal medicine specialists while partnering closely with a Clinical Field Specialist to expand existing accounts and support new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic territory plans and drive growth in current customer accounts
- Tailor communication and engagement approach for physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff
- Coordinate samples, logistics, and customer support while solving problems rapidly
- Maintain high retention rates for existing accounts and support product launches
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure compliance and strengthen client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum two years of B2B sales experience
- Background in medical, biological sciences, or diagnostics preferred
- Exceptional adaptability and ability to learn complex clinical workflows quickly
- Strategic thinking combined with strong tactical execution and sense of urgency
- Resilience in competitive markets and ability to overcome sales objections
