Project Manager

Responsibilities Own, manage and drive new Power Product technologies through the Business Phase/Gate approval process, from Concept through Commercialization. Develop and utilize models to accurately predict power product device performance Own life cycle of new power products including performance simulation, design, parametric evaluation, performance analysis, troubleshooting, optimization of final product Own integration of next-generation technologies to enable new product releases. Work closely with RnD and marketing to ensure new technology projects align with marketing needs Work closely with RnD and marketing to commercialize new technologies and launch first of a kind power products Troubleshoot any issues with NPI product designs not meeting performance or robustness requirements Document, summarize and report on project status to key stakeholders, communicating progress to schedule and highlighting schedule and project risks. Requirements At least 5 years of industry experience in process engineering, process integration, or product engineering in a production semiconductor wafer fabrication facility. Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to effectively multi-task in a complex environment, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Experienced with using data analysis to drive and defend technical decision making Demonstrated project ownership mindset and initiative to make necessary adjustments to achieve goals Ability to communicate with experts across many different areas of the company including Research & Development, Engineering, operations, reliability, marketing, and leadership. Strong problem-identifying, problem-solving and risk mitigation skills Degree in engineering, physics, or closely related field Candidate must be a US citizen or Green Card holder. Technical understanding of semiconductor device physics, testing and functionality.
