Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a supportive, collaborative outpatient office located in the welcoming community of Woodbridge, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals.
• Implement and monitor treatment programs utilizing a variety of modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and engage with patients to enhance their therapy experience and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care and achieve shared treatment goals.
• Provide hands-on, skilled therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's condition and capabilities.
• Consult and educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies to foster recovery at home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet minimum performance utilization goals as part of treatment effectiveness strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patient populations with varied needs, which include orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine therapy. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or seeking rehabilitation after sports injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with patients, fostering trust and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits
