Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and couples, using secure telehealth platforms to ensure client privacy and comfort.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based, culturally responsive approaches aligned with clients’ unique needs.

• Document clinical assessments and progress using our therapist-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to remain connected with colleagues and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, maintaining an open line of communication to adapt therapy techniques based on their progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients in recovery from substance use disorders, as well as individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and emotional trauma. Emphasizing culturally competent care, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active California LCSW license is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• At least two years of clinical experience in private practice, outpatient settings, or community mental health is essential.

• Access to a private, confidential workspace equipped with reliable high-speed internet is necessary for effective teletherapy.

• A passion for utilizing technology to deliver therapy services and a strong aptitude for navigating telehealth platforms is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
