Regional Manager, Retail Execution The Retail Operations Manager leads a regional retail organization, overseeing multiple territories or districts to deliver consistent execution, strong performance outcomes, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing managers and/or large teams, optimizing retail coverage models, and ensuring client KPIs are met across a broader geography. In addition to execution oversight, this role owns talent development, financial performance (budget/P&L), and client relationship management, while driving implementation of company strategy and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
