Inventory Control Coordinator

Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator manages inventory tasks while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities Purchasing and receiving inventory, tracking and reconciling inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days’ Supply monitoring, and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while monitoring product trends and shortages to keep appropriate inventory levels. Ensuring pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. Assisting in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well‑organized manner. Providing Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensuring pack stations are stocked appropriately. Monitoring and pulling short‑dated or expired product from active inventory. Filing inventory and SOX documentation. Assisting with other duties as assigned by Leadership. Physical Requirements This position could be physically demanding. Candidates must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk, and be physically active for multiple hours of the day. Required Qualifications Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Hawaii. At least 1 year of professional experience in a warehouse, purchasing, and/or inventory environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software. Pharmacy Technician License obtained within 3 months of hire. Compensation Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from $20.35 to $22.02 per hour. The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 to $34.15 per hour.
