This facility operates as a psychiatric institution providing structured inpatient behavioral health services in Richmond, Indiana. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support comprehensive psychological care delivery for an adult inpatient population. The setting emphasizes evidence-based therapeutic interventions and collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment approaches.

Clinicians on assignment will find year-round activities and community resources available in the surrounding region.

The clinical psychologist will administer initial and annual psychological assessments, perform psychological testing, scoring, interpretation, and written reports, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients individually or in groups on a full-time day shift schedule of 40 hours per week. The clinician will participate in clinical treatment meetings, contribute to treatment planning and patient involvement, and maintain a therapeutic alliance with patients and their family members or caregivers. Psychoeducational interventions will be delivered for campus-wide treatment groups, and all clinical documentation must be completed in accordance with facility and HIPAA guidelines. No call coverage is required for this position.
