Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare facility in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support their pharmacy operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on accurate medication distribution and exceptional customer service.
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Friday, September 8–11, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day)
- Monday through Friday, September 14–18, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day)
- Monday through Friday, September 21–25, 2026: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours/day)
- Total hours: 119 hours over the three-week period
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other licensed practitioners
- Provide clear, helpful information to customers regarding medication use and safety
- Deliver superior customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with pharmacy protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support effective pharmacy operations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License (CPhT) required
- Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
