Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience in school-based OT preferred, but candidates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for students with a variety of needs
• Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to helping students achieve their fullest potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services district wide, traveling to assigned schools as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and deliver individualized interventions for students
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure optimal student progress
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student growth within and beyond the classroom
• Caseload specifics and school assignments will be discussed further during the interview process
