Associate Lead - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a motivated early-career talent to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Entry-Level Recruiter . In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, pipeline development, interview coordination, stakeholder management and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet talent acquisition goals Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. This is an in‑person role and candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate to the area. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow‑up Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists; ensure timely scheduling and smooth candidate experience Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System Support hiring initiatives including career events, group discussions, and engagement activities Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs Ensure adherence to hiring processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications Master’s degree (any Major) - (Recent graduates or students who have graduated within the past 0–18 months) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes Preferred Skills Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, campus portals)Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment Communication & stakeholder coordination Attention to detail and process discipline Candidate engagement and relationship building Learning agility and adaptability Benefits Insurance Long‑term/Short‑term Disability Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness , Hospital Indemnity, Legal) 401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off About Us Infosys is a global leader in next‑generation digital services and consulting.
