The opportunity The Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) partners with Talent Consultants (TCs) to coordinate various HR related tasks as part of the employee life cycle. Your key responsibilities Leveraging technology, facilitating communication, and coordinating the administration of multiple HR processes. Interfacing with employees and handling initial employee inquiries and/or responses. Escalating issues as appropriate to a senior member of the ATT. Processing and inputting transactions into SuccessFactors. Coordinating HR processes such as performance management, promotion, variable pay, orientation, people surveys, upward feedback, separation process, etc. Providing reports and gathering data related to HR projects and initiatives assigned, and sharing information with the Talent Team or other HR groups as requested. Assisting in communication flow to and from clients and HR team members as appropriate. Handling special projects as assigned. Skills and attributes for success High level of confidentiality. Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of firm policies, procedures, and databases. Ability to collect and interpret information to enhance services to clients. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and listening). Flexibility and initiative. Strong teaming skills. Basic project management skills (e.g., managing multiple client requests and deadlines). Ability to perform responsibilities independently, while consulting with supervisor for activities outside normal scope. Willingness to act as an advisor to peers and new team members. To qualify for the role, you must have Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. An Associate degree or higher. 3–5 years of experience; Human Resources or technology reporting experience preferred. Willingness to travel and participate in firm-initiated networks. Base salary ranges: $45,300–$82,200 in the US; $54,300–$93,400 in NYC, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento). Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off. Hybrid work model: most external client-serving roles work together in person 40–60% of the time.
