Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, and brand representation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in events, presenting products and services, and contributing to customer and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events.
• Present products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Participate in community events and outreach activities.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
• Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.
• Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event and promotional goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous event, promotions, sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
