Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Product Marketing Assistant to support product promotions, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy learning about products and services, communicating with customers, presenting information, and contributing to business growth in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Communicate product features, benefits, and information clearly to customers.
- Engage with prospective customers during promotional activities.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Participate in promotional events and community outreach activities.
- Assist with product presentations, displays, and promotional materials.
- Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives designed to increase customer interest.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
- Represent products and the company in a professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Interest in learning about products and services.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
