About the Role The Operations Analyst supports daily enterprise operations by processing timesheets, maintaining accurate records, performing audits, preparing notices and reports, and assisting consultants and internal teams with operational requests. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines. This role reports to the Lead of Employee Operations. Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile timesheet data across multiple systems. Monitor shared inboxes and respond to relevant operational/timekeeping-related inquiries. Prepare and distribute communications at set intervals. Perform routine audits to ensure the accuracy of records and supporting data. Assist teams with system access, record corrections, and general support requests. Maintain operational reports, trackers, and supporting documentation while meeting established deadlines. Research and resolve record discrepancies as they arise. Support operational deadlines through accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks. Qualifications Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filtering, and formulas like SUM, SUMIF(S), CONCATENATE. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional, customer-service-oriented mindset.
