Make a meaningful difference supporting young learners at a dynamic daycare center near North Little Rock. This contract position is ideal for a speech-language pathologist passionate about working in an onsite school-based setting, focusing on the crucial early years of children's speech and language development.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active SLP licensure in Arkansas (CFY applicants welcome)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly desired
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize a caseload of 36–40 students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students at a daycare center
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to foster student growth
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
• Maintain accurate records as required by school and district policies
• Track and report progress, adjusting interventions as needed to support individual student goals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language pathology
