Supervisor Distribution Center - AM Shift - New Albany

Operate our company‑owned distribution and fulfillment center located in Central Ohio, one of our largest centers. You will lead the daily operation of the department and create a positive work environment. Responsibilities Use understanding of the supply chain to lead and drive department objectives. Implement plans to achieve results in a timely manner. Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and innovation, and recommend process solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with brand, cross‑functional partners, and key team members. Spend majority of workday on the floor coaching and developing talent, providing timely and specific feedback. Motivate, recognize and reward individual and team accomplishments. Clarify roles and responsibilities for each team member, ensuring understanding and commitment. Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to support safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Leadership experience and track record of developing talent in a high‑volume, customer‑focused environment. Proven interpersonal, organizational, and thinking skills. Able to multi‑task and handle conflicting priorities. Ability to work with and influence associates at varying levels of responsibility. Computer skills within Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems. Conflict resolution and solution‑focused mindset. Education Degree or relevant work experience.
