This role is instrumental is driving key initiatives in process optimization, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. **** Essential Functions: Work closely with the Director of Patient and Employee Safety. Perform administrative duties, including report generation and data compilation. Assists leadership with departmental projects centered on program development, patient satisfaction and safety, workflow efficiency and regulatory alignment. Streamlines cross-functional communication, ensure information was accurately disseminated and followed up, with all inquiries resolved promptly and effectively. Manages high-precision data entry and record-keeping, consistently meeting departmental standards for accuracy and reliability. Provides flexible operational support by managing special assignments and ad hoc tasks to ensure seamless departmental workflow. Responsible for high volume of data organization. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED College Degree Preferred; preferably Pre-Health/Pre-Med track. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads by leveraging multiple systems, including EMR platforms and internal portals, with speed and accuracy Excellent teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills Maintain a professional, empathetic, and courteous demeanor Proven ability to communicate effectively and organize complex workflows in a team environment Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Prior experience in a medical setting and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
