Case Management & Compliance Coordinator Job no: 559155 Work type: Staff Location: Humboldt Categories: Unit 9 - CSUEU - Technical Support Services, Administrative, Probationary, Full Time, Telecommute eligible (work onsite as scheduled and/or as requested and telecommute as scheduled) Close date: July 20, 2026 Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Title IX Coordinator, the Case Management & Compliance Coordinator oversees all case and project management functions in the Title IX & DHR Prevention Office and provides administrative support to the office and staff. Major duties include maintaining case files documenting reports and investigations under the CSU Nondiscrimination Policy; drafting and sending correspondence related to active cases; performing student intake meetings; planning and participating in Title IX & DHR prevention education and outreach events; and collecting, analyzing, and reporting data for CSU and external audits. Key Responsibilities: Case Management – 30% Creates and maintains case files related to reports and investigations of prohibited behavior under the Nondiscrimination Policy. Oversees and administers the case management system (Case IQ) for all Title IX and DHR cases. Tracks and documents case milestone events in Case IQ. Creates and issues Supportive Measures correspondence. Initial Intake and Case Referral – 20% Refers non-Title IX / DHR cases to appropriate agency (HR, Faculty Affairs, CARE, OCC, Ombuds). Tracks and documents case milestone events for referred cases. Conducts initial intake meetings with students and third‑party reporters as needed. Maintains effective, collaborative working relationships with peer case managers. Compliance and Reporting – 15% Coordinates collection of campus data on reported incidents and case resolution under CSU policy for reporting requirements. Maintains records of the Prevention Office’s education and outreach training. Coordinates and oversees annual Title IX / DHR online training for students. Provides detailed analysis, monitoring, forecasting, and recommendations for compliance measures. Policy Analysis and Campus Engagement – 10% Stays current on relevant policies and reports and provides recommendations. Oversees office publications and media. Serves on the campus Sexual Assault Prevention Committee (SAPC). Project Management and Coordination – 10% Assists in program planning, development, and implementation. Provides analysis on status of investigations and projects. Plans and coordinates outreach events and special projects. Administrative Support – 10% Provides administrative support to staff and coordinates meetings. Maintains ProCard and processes accounts payable and procurement transactions. Updates office procedure manuals and materials. Assists with Clery Act Compliance program. Maintains relationships with campus, community, and consultant entities. Other Duties – 5% Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to learn, interpret, and apply policies and procedures relating to Title IX and DHR. Knowledge of research and statistical analysis methods. Data analysis and projection skills. Organization and project management skills. Independent decision‑making and sound judgment. Report writing and presentation skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships. Empathy and appropriate response to students, faculty, and staff. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Quickly learns new technology systems. Communicates effectively with diverse populations. Day‑to‑day program administration skills. Minimum Qualifications: General knowledge and skills in administrative or program fields with foundational knowledge of public administration principles. Typically acquired through a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Title IX or DHR Prevention programs. Experience using the Case IQ system. Five years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience, preferably in education. Experience organizing and managing events.
