IQVIA Canada is recruiting for a Stakeholder Engagement Compliance Coordinator for a 12-month fixed‑term contract, based in Montreal, QC. About the Role: The Stakeholder Engagement Compliance Coordinator (SECC) performs quality assessments of healthcare provider (HCP) interactions for our client, an international pharmaceutical company whose Canadian headquarters is in Montreal, QC. This client‑facing role partners with various business units, most closely with the Compliance team, to ensure appropriate risk‑mitigating solutions and proactively identify and escalates impending changes related to HCP engagement processes. Key Responsibilities Plan, conduct, and execute quality assessments of HCP interactions in compliance with the client’s SOPs and Innovative Medicines Canada standards. Receive, coordinate and track HCP engagement requests submitted by client business partners. Evaluate each interaction against global compliance, legal, finance policies and procedures, and Canadian healthcare engagement standards. Include advisory boards, speaker programs, steering committees, sponsorships, and other interactions. Issue recommendations for remediation to cross‑functional business partners, providing business‑enabling solutions and corrective actions. Ensure appropriate and timely approval of engagement requests. Create and manage contract execution on behalf of the client. Reconcile engagement documentation prior to payment and release payments following review. Enable open communication among team members to meet SLAs and address process deficiencies objectively and transparently. Provide consultation and innovative preventive solutions for upcoming HCP interactions, acting as subject‑matter expert. Document and elevate any identified process deficiencies in partnership with internal stakeholders. Implement continuous process improvement with change agility to enhance business efficiency. Provide recommendations on implementation of compliance policies and procedures with a solutions‑oriented focus. Track trend deviations, inform the business in strategic decision‑making, and report on the effectiveness of the engagement review process. Report unplanned deviation trends to the client’s compliance team and develop corrective strategies. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years of business experience preferred in compliance, quality systems or healthcare compliance. Undergraduate degree preferred (Science, Ethics & Compliance, or Healthcare). Understanding and/or experience within regulated environments (pharmaceuticals, healthcare). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills coupled with project management experience in a complex and changing environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently, problem‑solve, and meet key requirements. Ability to communicate and influence cross‑functionally. Ability to meet deadlines and follow processes. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with common business systems and applications (e.g., SAP, Veeva CRM, Microsoft Suite). Bilingual in English and French is an asset. Compensation Base salary range: $51,300.00 – $85,500.00 annually. Actual offer may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule.
