Vice President of Quality

Cellicor is partnered with an innovative clinical-stage biotechnology company to identify a Vice President of Quality who will play a critical leadership role in shaping and advancing the organization's Quality function during an exciting period of growth. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen quality systems, drive inspection readiness, and ensure the organization is well positioned as its pipeline advances toward later-stage development and commercialization. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading Quality within a clinical-stage biotech environment , with a strong foundation in Quality Management Systems (QMS), GxP compliance, CMC collaboration, and enterprise quality leadership . This individual will be responsible for enhancing existing quality processes while leading the strategic transition from internal manufacturing to an outsourced manufacturing model, including oversight of CDMO quality, supplier quality, and quality agreements. Experience supporting sterile injectables, oncology, cell & gene therapy, biologics, or other highly regulated therapeutic platforms is strongly preferred. Success in this role will require an executive presence, the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and confidence interacting with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits. Candidates should have a practical understanding of regulatory expectations and be comfortable partnering with Regulatory Affairs, Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and Development teams to ensure quality remains a strategic business function rather than simply a compliance function. #J-18808-Ljbffr
