Litigation Paralegal - (Minneapolis, MN)

An established law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Minneapolis, MN! This position is full time, offers great benefits, and a competitive salary!

Their ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of legal experience. This person has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and detail oriented.

Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

Job Duties:

Prepares legal documents for trial.

Drafts pleadings, motions, demand letters, agreements, and correspondence.

Communicates effectively with attorneys, opposing counsel, and clients.

Manage the attorneys calendar, meetings, and deadlines.

Research cases, companies, and anticipates needs.

Interview and communicate with new clients. Qualifications:

Paralegal degree or certificate preferred.

Works well individually and in a team.

Previous law firm experience preferred.

Ability to speak up about mistakes or new ideas.
