Acting as an individual contributor, you will be on the front line of talent pipelining for the company and work closely with the hiring leaders to develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit roles across all skill levels.In long, our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for:Set, track, and follow-up on all candidatesFocus on efficient, timely follow up of sourced leads to ensure the highest success rate in setting up interviews with solid qualified and interested candidatesDetermine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordinglyDevelop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitionsDevelop and maintain business relationships with various hiring managers within DriveTimeFully explain the steps of the DriveTime interview process to candidates so that candidates are clear on expectationsMaintain positive working relationships with immediate team members and the company's HR and recruiting teamConduct business within DriveTime policies and proceduresCreate and build positive relationships with hiring managersSo What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll need the ability to effectively manage processes and work with all level of employee and customers.The Specifics.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of experience.1+ years of recruiting experience in a professional environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Nice to Haves.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday.So What About the Perks?
