Registered Nurse (OB/GYN) in a travel temporary assignment for obstetric and newborn care. Location: Ogdensburg, New York. Start date: 10/26/2026. Assignment duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,090 per week to $2,252 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36. Shift: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM on a 3x12 schedule. Setting: hospital obstetrics and newborn care. This position requires an active RN license in the state of assignment and is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct obstetric nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
- Monitor fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring and respond to changes promptly
- Assist during labor and delivery, including support for cesarean deliveries when indicated
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and monitor maternal vital signs
- Perform initial newborn assessment and care; support breastfeeding and parental education
- Document care thoroughly in the medical record and collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal teams

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of assignment (New York) or appropriate compact license
- BLS certification required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- At least two years of recent OB/Labor & Delivery experience
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) experience; STABLE certification preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital obstetric environment and manage high-stress situations
- Proficiency with standard EMR/documentation systems and good communication skills
