Emotional Balance Psychological Solutions is looking for compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to provide virtual support to our diverse client base. In this full-time telehealth role, you will facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships from the comfort of your own location, helping patients navigate their mental health journeys with expert guidance.

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance as you connect with clients through telehealth platforms. The nature of telehealth enables you to access a diverse clientele situated in Show Low, Arizona, and beyond. You'll participate in regular team meetings and case reviews via video conferences, fostering a cohesive and supportive team dynamic regardless of physical distance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, values, and goals, directing them towards custom treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each individual client.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously and maintain patients' clinical records with strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Collaborate with a dynamic treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, sharing insights and tailoring interventions to enhance client care.

• Participate in regular peer supervision and case consultations to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and local community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Stay updated on research and advancements in mental health care, integrating relevant findings into your practice to elevate treatment effectiveness.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may be dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Through telehealth, you will engage clients of varying ages and demographic backgrounds, allowing you to apply your clinical training in diverse and impactful ways.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Proficiency in employing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, demonstrating the ability to address individual client needs effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients.
\n
• Critical thinking abilities to assess complex issues and develop actionable plans for clients' progress.
\n
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a supportive team environment committed to shared goals.

• Previous telehealth experience is a plus, enabling you to quickly adapt to our online service delivery model.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly in community mental health settings.
