Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support and counseling to individuals, with the option to extend services to couples and families, via our secure telehealth platform.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to effectively address a range of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, interpersonal relationships, and grief.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular collaboration with team members during case consultations and team meetings to enhance client care.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education opportunities.

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, extending across various age groups. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, supplemented by an attractive benefits package for full-time staff.
