Work Environment\n

This position operates in a telehealth setting, empowering you to deliver psychological care through digital platforms while maintaining flexibility. Your work schedule will generally be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients. This remote work environment fosters collaboration and support among teammates through modern communication tools and regular virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health issues while promoting resilience and overall well-being among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A solid foundation in understanding mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and cultural competency.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy that is culturally responsive and inclusive.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, enabling you to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
