About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand, social, creator, digital, and partnership strategies across three consumer brands: Free Graze, Young Ridge, and Miami Beef.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand, social, creator, digital, and partnership strategies across three consumer brands: Free Graze, Young Ridge, and Miami Beef.
Responsibilities:
- Develops brand positioning, vision, and brand promises across the three brands.
- Owns social media strategy and execution across Meta and TikTok, including content planning, creation, filming, editing, copywriting, and publishing.
- Manages content calendars, campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and retailer programs.
- Leads community management, social listening, audience insights, and performance optimization.
- Develops and manages creator/influencer and brand partnership programs.
- Manages content, creator, partnership, and digital marketing budgets.
- Owns digital shopper marketing across Instacart, Walmart Connect, and other retailer media networks.
- Plans and executes trade shows and industry events, including vendors, logistics, budgets, and staffing.
- Manages creative agencies, designers, creators, vendors, and freelance resources.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to identify trends, consumer feedback, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-7 years of marketing experience in consumer brands, social/content, digital marketing, or agency environments.
- CPG, food & beverage, or protein/retail experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta, TikTok, paid media, and shopper marketing channels.
- Experience with influencer/creator programs across nano, micro, and macro tiers.
- Strong content creation skills, including concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
- Trade show/event management experience preferred.
- Strong agency, vendor, and project management skills.
