Process Engineer: Lean Innovator (First Shift)

You will own the plant's primary processes, design and execute DOE studies, and drive yield improvements while applying LEAN and Operational Excellence tools. The ideal candidate has a BS in Chemical Engineering or related field, 5 years of operations or engineering experience in plastics, and proven data-driven problem solving.
