Senior Corporate M&A Associate

Overview We are a leading M&A law firm seeking senior‑level associates to join our growing U.S. presence. Responsibilities Support and lead various aspects of complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other strategic business combinations. Client‑facing role, demonstrating confidence while speaking to opposing parties. Represent clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings. Draft, review, and negotiate primary and ancillary transaction documents. Qualifications A strong background in corporate M&A work at a law firm. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (LLM or foreign equivalent acceptable). JD years 2021–2017 or equivalent experience. Self‑starter with demonstrated experience running deals or a significant contributor on a team. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $225,000 – $435,000, depending on JD year. Discretionary bonus. Paid leave.
