The Project17.3 Acre New US Embassy Compound (NEC) Construction Project in Ashgabat, TurkmenistanThe new construction includes:6-story NOB (New Office Building)2 CACs (Compound Access Control Facilities)Site DevelopmentWe ask for a minimum commitment of 1 year, but 2-3 years are available if you want them.Housing and transportation allowances provided.Uplift includes 25% of base salary, plus 25% COLA.Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home)​​​Position DescriptionProvide NEC project with full range of critical engineering, construction quality assurance, and technical oversight.Perform technical inspections of civil and structural work, monitor construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance.Observe on-site construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.Monitor construction progress with regard to project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections.RequirementsUS Govt.
