VP, SMB Growth & AI-Driven Sales
Motive
Motive is seeking a Vice President, SMB to lead our high-volume inside sales and account management, spanning global teams across Lahore, Islamabad, and Austin. This role blends leadership with AI-driven workflows and product-led growth to transform our SMB GTM engine. You will modernize processes, stabilize churn, and uplift cross-sell of multiple products while partnering with product, lifecycle marketing, and regional leadership.
