About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on the exciting challenge of leading and scaling the entire sales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and mentoring a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, as well as owning the go-to-market strategy. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on scaling teams and a strong data-driven approach to pipeline management. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a VP or Director role. Experience in scaling teams from $5M to $20M+ ARR is essential, as is a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles. The role requires a leader who can not only meet but exceed sales targets, and who is adept at using data to drive decision-making and strategy.
