Administrative AssistantManage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctlyAssist in onboarding new hiresImplement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completionGenerate memos, emails and reports when appropriateAssist in maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machinesMaintain office supplies by checking inventory and order itemsRespond to questions and requests for informationAnswer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when neededProficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiencyDetail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentExceptional communication skillsSuperior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely mannerCompensation: $10.00-12.00/hourSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
