Director of Operations

Location: Multi site-Monroe and Middleton, WI Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize a multi-facility manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, improving productivity, and ensuring the successful delivery of quality products to customers. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities across multiple departments. Drive operational performance, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Manage budgets, forecasting, and operational metrics. Develop and mentor leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability. Qualifications 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in an operations leadership role. Background in capital equipment, automation, or complex manufacturing environments preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Technical aptitude with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
