Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions targeting speech clarity, fluency, language skills, and swallowing techniques.

Collaborate seamlessly with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to develop cohesive care plans.

Educate patients and their families to enhance progress and understanding during therapy sessions and beyond.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring a smooth continuum of care throughout every phase of treatment.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation following all compliance and regulatory standards.

Engage in ongoing professional development through education and collaborative learning environments.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

Active state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches for a diverse range of ages, with solid knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
