As a General Production Worker, you will support manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating equipment, inspecting quality, and maintaining a safe work environment.

✅ Assemble products using hand and power tools

✅ Read and use a tape measure to verify dimensions

✅ Follow work instructions and production schedules

✅ Load, unload, label, stack, and package materials

✅ Assist with machine operation and production equipment

✅ Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections

✅ Complete production and quality documentation

✅ Move materials using hand jacks and banding equipment

✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area

✅ Follow all safety procedures and company policies

✅ Work with your team to meet daily production goals

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes

• Machine operation experience
• Experience with micrometers or calipers
• Material handling experience
• Forklift certification
• Banding equipment experience

• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Frequently lift up to 35 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
• Bend, reach, push, and pull as needed
• Wear required PPE, including steel-toe footwear

• Monday through Friday
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Openings
• Overtime may be available based on production needs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.35/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
